The Hibachi Hut is an American and Cajun/Creole casual dining restaurant. Our in house cooking, unique recipes and friendly service have provided memorable experiences since 1959. A tradition at The Hut is our Fat Tuesday (Mardi Gras) Celebration each year.
Hibachi Hut was a Finalist in the 8 Wonders of Kansas Cuisine Contest (sponsored by the Kansas Sampler Foundation). "The Hut" has been featured in the KANSAS! magazine as well as other publications.
